Present: Mayor Nystrom, President Pro Tem. DeLucia, Ald. Gould, Ald.
Bettencourt, Ald. Hayes, Ald. Singh and City Manager John Salomone
Absent: Ald. Nash
Invited Guests: Donna Hamzy Carroccia – CCM Facilitator, Josh Pothier –
Comptroller, Deanna Rhodes – Director of Planning, Kevin Brown – President of
Norwich Community Development, Pat Daley - Police Chief, Tracy Montoya -
Fire Chief, Pat McLaughlin - Director of Public Works and Kate Milde - Director
of Human Services
Others in attendance –Jacquie Barbarossa, Executive Assistant
Donna Hamzy Carroccia, Facilitator from CCM and all the participants discussed
Council goals.
Discussions ensued regarding short, mid & long term goals. Ms. Carroccia will
provide a written report on the workshop.
No votes were taken. Meeting ended at approximately 2:37 pm.
