Goal Setting Meeting January 25, 2025 9:00 am Foundry 66 – 66 Franklin St. Norwich Present: Mayor Nystrom, President Pro Tem. DeLucia, Ald. Gould, Ald. Bettencourt, Ald. Hayes, Ald. Nash, Ald. Singh and City Manager John Salomone Invited Guests: Donna Hamzy Carroccia – CCM Facilitator, Josh Pothier – Comptroller, Deanna Rhodes – Director of Planning, Kevin Brown – President of Norwich Community Development, Pat Daley - Police Chief, Tracy Montoya - Fire Chief, Brian Long- Director of Public Works and Kate Milde - Director of Human Services, and Chris LaRose – NPU General Manager Others in attendance –Jacquie Barbarossa, Executive Assistant Donna Hamzy Carroccia, Facilitator provided by Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, (CCM) called the workshop to order at 9:03. The participants discussed the upcoming budget year, past goals met and current short, mid and long term Council goals. Ms. Carroccia will provide a written report on the workshop.
