NOTICE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTES CHAPTER 14, SECTION 1-225 It is hereby posted with the City and Town Clerk of Norwich, Connecticut, a notice that a City Council Informational of the Norwich City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers of the Norwich City Hall for the following: 1. Presentation by Kevin Brown, NCDC, Michael T. Doherty, SLR and Suzanne Rigby Schore, SLR will make a presentation on the preferred conceptual plan for improvements to Howard T Brown Park and the Heritage Trail as part of the CT DECD Community Investment Fund 2030 Norwich Waterfront Revitalization Project.
