Goal Setting Meeting January 31, 2026 9:00 am Foundry 66 – 66 Franklin St. Norwich CT Present: Mayor Singh, President Pro Tem. DeLucia, Ald. Nystrom, Ald. Hayes, Ald. Zuccardy , and City Manager John Salomone Absent: Ald Nash and Ald. Kadambaya Invited Guests: Donna Hamzy Carroccia and Michael Muszynski–CCM Facilitators, Josh Pothier – Comptroller, Deanna Rhodes – Director of Planning, Kevin Brown – President of Norwich Community Development, Pat Daley - Police Chief, Sam Wilson - Fire Chief, Brian Long- Director of Public Works and Jeff Brining – NPU General Manager Others in attendance –Jacquie Barbarossa, Executive Assistant Donna Hamzy Carroccia, Facilitator provided by Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, (CCM) called the workshop to order at 9:06. The participants discussed the upcoming budget year, past goals met and current short, mid and long term Council goals. Ms. Carroccia and Mr. Muszynski will provide a written report on the workshop.
