Present: Chair Michael Menders, Jane O’Friel, Janelle Daly, and Lottie Scott
Absent: Kevin Harkins, George Chaput, Cynthia Litton and Lisa Harrison
Others Present: Kim Rogers
Call to Order: Chair Michael Menders called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Determination of Quorum: It was determined a quorum was not present (4/8).
Citizen Comments: None
Communications: None
Adjournment: It was determined there was not a quorum so the meeting was adjourned., the
meeting was canceled at 6:30 PM. The next meeting will be at 6 PM on Thursday, March 2nd,
2017 at Norwich City Hall in Room 319.
