LAST REVISED 8/25/2011 0:00AM MINUTES COMMISSION ON THE CITY PLAN POCD UPDATE SUBCOMMITTEE Tuesday, August 23, 2011 - 6:00 P.M. 23 UNION STREET NORWICH CONNECTICUT LOWER LEVEL CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS A, B & C – CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM: Chairman Ralph Page called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Committee Members Present: Ralph Page, Peter Davis, Bob Mills, Deb Hinchey, Les King and Keith Ripley. Absent: Laurie Glenney-Popovich A quorum was present. D. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: Upon motion by Les King and seconded by Deb Hinchey the members voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the June 7th special meeting. E. COMMUNICATIONS: Peter Davis stated that he had the Draft Contract – Tentative Schedule. F. OLD BUSINESS: None G. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Discussion of Tentative Schedule for Initial Tasks Peter Davis presented the tentative schedule and asked the POCD members to provide feed back relative to the dates. It was determined that the date for the Community Town meeting would be September 28th at 23 Union St. at 9 am. 2. Contract Review & Status with Planimetrics The subcommittee determined that the contract was in form to forward to City Council for approval after minor revisions suggested by Corporation Counsel were incorporated into the document. Alderwoman Deb Hinchey stated she would sponsor the resolution to approve. H.
