LAST REVISED 10/19/201 0:30AM MINUTES COMMISSION ON THE CITY PLAN POCD UPDATE SUBCOMMITTEE Tuesday, October 18, 2011 - 7:00 P.M. 23 UNION STREET NORWICH CONNECTICUT LOWER LEVEL CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS A, B & C – CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM: Chairman Ralph Page called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Committee Members Present: Ralph Page, Peter Davis, Bob Mills, Deb Hinchey, Les King, Laurie Glenney-Popovich and Keith Ripley Also present: P. Michael Lahan, Frank Manfredi, John Mathieu, and Jacquie Barbarossa, Recording Secretary A quorum was present. D. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: Upon motion by Les King seconded by Deb Hinchey the members voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the August 23rd special meeting. E. COMMUNICATIONS: None F. OLD BUSINESS: None G. NEW BUSINESS: 1. POCD Update - Scoping & Planning Primer: Presentation by Planimetrics Jason Vincent from Planimetrics stated the proposed activities of how the planning process would be formulated. The evening’s task was a scoping process to collect and identify issues and concerns and prioritize them. He asked those present for their input, ideas and concerns and collected the information. H. OTHER BUSINESS: Peter Davis passed out Board/Commission Questionnaire to those present to complete and return to Planimetrics.
