MINUTES COMMISSION ON THE CITY PLAN Thursday, December 10th, 2015 – 12:30 PM 23 UNION STREET NORWICH CONNECTICUT LOWER LEVEL MEETING ROOM SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS A, B & C-CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, DETERMINATION OF QUORUM: Art Sharron, Acting Chairman called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM. Commission Members Present: Art Sharron, Michael Lahan, Frank Manfredi, Les King, and John Mathieu. A quorum was present. Absent: Ralph Page, Daniel Daniska. Also Present: Peter Davis, Director D. COMMUNICATIONS: None E. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None F. OLD BUSINESS: None G. NEW BUSINESS: SDP 921(B)-607 Norwich Ave: Application of Ponemah Riverbank LLC and Ponemah Riverbank Unit A South, LLC for a 5 year extension to complete site work in accordance with section 7.5.10 of the City of Norwich Zoning Regulations. Peter Davis explained that Ponemah Riverbank LLC and Ponemah Riverbank Unit A South, LLC were asking for a 5 year extension for site work completion. Art Sharron made a motion to grant the extension, seconded by John Mathieu with all members in favor for a unanimous decision. I. EXTENSIONS: None J: BOND RELEASES: None K. ZONING MATTERS: None L. OTHER BUSINESS: None M. ADJOURMENT: Upon motion by John Mathieu, seconded by Les King, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 12:35 PM.
