ROLL CALL AND SEATING OF ALTERNATES C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 18th, 2017 D. COMMUNICATIONS: E. PUBLIC HEARING AND POTENTIAL ACTION: SP #17-02: 34 Broadway. Special Permit Request for a food manufacturing use to process and package coffee and cacao products at an approved retail coffee shop. CITY COUNCIL REFERRALS: • An Ordinance appropriating $800,000 for the planning, acquisition and construction of improvements to Norwich Golf Course and authorizing the issue of $800,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. • An Ordinance to Amend Zoning Regulation Section 6.3 relative to Garages and Filling Stations, Motor Vehicle Sales and Repair. Proposal to remove mandatory requirement for public hearings unless required by the zone; and remove the 1,000 ft. separation distance between gasoline filling stations. I. EXTENSION REQUESTS: None J. BOND RELEASE(S): SDP#946: 154 Salem Turnpike. Request of CT Norwich LLC for full release of the bond in the amount of $18,500 for Hampton Inn Hotel Project K.
