Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC)
January 9, 2019 – 4:00 PM
Basement Conference Room – 23 Union Street
Members Present: Les King, Sean Barnes, Mark Marcy and Kevin Saythany
Members Absent: Gemma Fabris and Robert Moore
Others Present: Kathy Crees and Tianne Curtis
The CDAC meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM.
Community Development Director Kathy Crees stated HUD has not yet released the allocations for funding
of the 2019-2020 program year (PY45.) The RFP was advertised with the anticipated amount of
$836,068.00; based on the actual funding of the 2018-2019 program year (PY 44.) The PY 45 application
submittal deadline is February 8, 2019 by 4 PM.
The following potential future meeting dates were agreed upon by the Committee:
− Wednesday February 27, 2019 at 4:30 PM
− Thursday March 7, 2019 at 4:30 PM
− Monday March 11, 2019 at 4:30 PM
Meeting adjourned at 5:00PM.
