Tucker Braddock, Gemma Fabris-Moran, Mark Marcy and Kathryn Crees (staff) ABSENT: Kevin Saythany 1. Call to Order Les King called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes of 5/28/20 Meeting Tabled to the next meeting. 3. CDBG-CV Application Deliberations Les King stated he would like to rate the applications from A to C. A - being applications they would like to fully fund through C – least likely to fund. Committee member Braddock recused himself from discussion of ARC funding. After significant discussion the following recommendations were made: 5:15 PM The ARC of Eastern CT $ 11,500.00 5:25 PM NHS Norwich CARES $ 200,000.00 5:35 PM Madonna Place Inc $ 15,000.00 5:45 PM St. Vincent de Paul Place $ 30,000.00 5:55 PM Futures Inc $ 32,930.10 6:05 PM CD Office - Administration $ 49,338.00 6:15 PM CD Office Small Business Assistance $ 225,000.00 Motion was made by Mark Marcy and seconded by Sean Barnes to accept and forward the recommendations to the City Council. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Adjournment Motion was made by Tucker Braddock and seconded by Mark March to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 PM. Motion carried unanimously.
