Approval of Minutes – Upon motion by Sean Barnes, second by Mark Marcy, the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the 4/06/2021 and 4/08/2021 meetings as presented. Motion passed unanimously. III. Communications – Communications submitted were as follows: A. Correspondence from Recreation Dept. B. Columbus Park photo & layout C. Eligible expense clarification/revised funding sheet IV. Establishment of Meeting Schedule – No further meetings were scheduled V. PY47 CDBG Application deliberations and decisions – The Committee voted to fund the following qualified expenses for the McKeon Park application: McKeon Park Basketball Court Resurfacing $ 8,200.00 Basketball Court Lighting $ 26,130.00 Playscape/playground $ 21,293.00 Qualified expenses $ 55,623.00 The Committee voted to fund the following qualified expenses for the Jenkins Park application: Jenkins Park Backstop removal/disposal $ 2,500.00 Seed/fertilize area $ 2,500.00 Playground $ 6,375.00 Qualified expenses $ 11,375.00 After thorough review and discussion, motion was made by Mark Marcy and seconded by Sean Barnes, to forward the below award recommendation to City Council for the CDBG PY47 Program Year 2021- 2022.
