MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE JOINT BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF CONNECTICUT MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COOPERATIVE and CONNECTICUT TRANSMISSION MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COOPERATIVE November 6, 2017 The Joint Budget & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (“CMEEC”) and Connecticut Transmission Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (“CTMEEC”) met at the CMEEC offices on Monday, November 6, 2017. The following Committee Members participated: South Norwalk – Kevin Barber (via phone) The following individuals from CMEEC management participated: Edward Pryor, Chief Financial Officer Justin Connell, Director Portfolio Management Michael Lane, Controller Michael Rall, Director Asset Management Patricia Meek, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Ms. Meek recorded. Committee Member Kevin Barber adjourned the meeting at 10:15 am for lack of quorum and no alternate meeting date was established. Committee Member David Collard arrived at approximately 10:20 a.m.
