SUBJECT TO FINAL BOARD APPROVAL ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBER DELEGATION CONNECTICUT MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COOPERATIVE November 16, 2017 Norwich Inn & Spa 607 West Thames Street, Norwich, Connecticut ___________ MINUTES The Annual Meeting of the Member Delegation of the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (“CMEEC”) was conducted on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Norwich Inn & Spa, 607 West Thames Street, Norwich, Connecticut. The meeting was legally noticed in compliance with State law, and all proceedings hereinafter shown were taken while the meeting was open to the attendance of the public. In the absence of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Secretary Louis Demicco presided as Acting Chairman and called the meeting to order at 10:12 a.m. and determined a quorum was present. Ms. Job recorded At the start of the meeting, Mr. Rankin explained that for those Board of Directors meetings held at the CMEEC offices at 30 Stott Avenue, Norwich, CT and not at the MEU service territory, will be held at Norwich Inn & Spa, 607 West Thames Street, Norwich for the remainder of 2017 and the whole of 2018 due to the inability of CMEEC to accommodate the increased number of Board of Directors in its existing Board Room. Approve Minutes of CMEEC June 7, 2017 Special Member Delegation Meeting. Motion by Delegate Ralph Winslow, seconded by Delegate Gaudet, to approve the Minutes of the June 7, 2017 Special Member Delegation Meeting. Delegates Grace Jones and Stewart Peil abstained. Motion passed. (MD- 17-11-01) New Business Acting Chairperson Demicco asked if there was any new business to come before the Board at the Annual Meeting of the Member Delegation, to which the answer was no. Motion to adjourn Motion by Delegate Gaudet, seconded by Delegate Barter, to adjourn the meeting. Vote Passed unanimously.
