The Committee further agreed that the proposed number of meetings is appropriate and that scheduling multiple meetings on the same day is acceptable. Committee Chair Huth suggested that staff prepare and circulate an updated Proposed 2026 Committee Meeting Schedule for Committee review prior to the Annual Meeting of the Joint Board of Directors on November 20, 2025, and that further Committee discussion of the Schedule prior to Board approval is not necessary unless requested upon Committee review of the revised proposal.
