21 WEST THAMES STREET COMMITTEE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 26, 2009 REGULAR MEETING Committee members present: Chairman Andy Zeeman, Gary Schnip, Sofee Noblick, and Richard Caron Members not present: Jonathan Jacaruso and James Quarto Others present: James Troeger and Tianne Phoenix Curtis Chairman Andy Zeeman called the meeting to order at 6:15. A quorum was present and all members present were voting. Agenda items 1, 2 & 3: The minutes of the July 22, 2009 meeting were reviewed. Upon motion by Gary Schnip, seconded by Sofee Noblick the Committee voted unanimously to approve the minutes as submitted. 4. Review of Request for Proposal: Andy Zeeman submitted the RFP for the Committee’s review. The Committee took extensive time to review the wording and dates. The Committee discussed the need for a signed release of responsibility from every individual wishing to visit the site. James Troeger was of the belief his department had such forms from the sale of the Wauregan. Andy Zeeman stated that he would revise the dates and contact information as discussed and forward the revised RFP to Bill Block the next day. 5. Communications: None 6. Public Comments: None 7. Agenda Setting: Agenda for 9/23/09 Regular Meeting was set. Adjournment: Upon motion by Richard Caron and seconded by Gary Schnip, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 pm.
