Brennan-Recording Secretary 1. Call to Order-Chair J. Sastre called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Determination of quorum: It was determined that a quorum was present. C. Dixon and C. Menard were seated as regular members. 3. Approval of minutes: Motion to approve the minutes of 11/18/13 and 1/13/14, I. Misenheimer, 2nd J. Sastre, motion carried with C. Dixon, C. Menard, and P. McMahon abstaining. 4. Introduction of new members: J. Sastre and I. Misenheimer discussed procedure and the Ethics ordinance with the new members. 5. Citizen Comment: none 6.
