Call to order: Chair Carol Menard called the September 10, 2018 meeting to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Determination of Quorum: It was determined a quorum was present. 3. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the July 9, 2018 Ethics Commission (EC) meeting were presented. On a motion by Chris Dixon, seconded by Mac Ballard, the July 9, 2018 minutes were unanimously approved as presented. 4. Citizen Comment: None 5. New Business: Chair Menard reported that she informed the complainant and respondent of the determination of Case 2018-8. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 due to the Columbus Day holiday. All agreed that the November meeting be moved to Tuesday, November 13, 2018 due to observance of the Veteran’s Day holiday. 6. Old Business: None 7. Adjournment: On a motion to adjourn by Robin Lawson, seconded by Mac Ballard, the meeting of the Ethics Commission adjourned at 5:05 PM.
