Motion by Mr. Strouse, seconded by Mr. Mereen to approve minutes of January meeting as sent. This motion passed unanimously. Chairman’s Report/Correspondence - No correspondence and nothing else to report. Caddy Shack - No report presented. Treasurer’s Report Revenues in January 2009 $ 12,682.00 Through February 23, 2009 we have received $41,000 in dues, approximately $14,000 less than the same period last year. Motion by Mr. Mereen, seconded by Mr. Newson to accept financial report as presented, this motion passed unanimously. Clubhouse Committee - Discussion of plowing and condition of parking lot. Greens Committee - So far it has been a friendly winter as far as damage to course. - Trees have been removed near 11th green to improve light and circulation. Planning Committee - No report presented Budget Committee - No report presented. Superintendent’s Report - No report presented. Professional’s Report - Recommend keeping golf car fee at $10 per round for Senior Golf League and possible Women’s Golf League. Motion by Mr. Strouse, seconded by Mr. Driscoll to accept Senior & Women’s Leagues golf car fee recommendation. This motion passed unanimously. - Request for a weekend outing in May lead to a realization we scheduled a Member’s Club tournament on Memorial Day weekend. The event will be rescheduled probably for May 16, 2009. - We will be returning to regular Golf Shop schedule next week. - Web site upgrade in progress. Member’s Club - Setting up web site. Motion by Mr. Newson, seconded by Mr. Whitty to adjourn at 7:30 passed unanimously.
