The special meeting of the Budget Committee of the Norwich Golf Course Authority was
called to order at 6:00 PM by Committee Chairman Whitty. Mr. Whitty led a discussion
of the proposed budget to be presented to the full Norwich Golf Course Authority at the
next regular meeting. The budget was itemized both as to anticipated revenues and
anticipated expenses. There was substantial discussion of the various line items both for
revenues and for expenses and the justifications for the same.
At 6:45 PM Mr. Podurgiel made a motion to adjourn seconded by Mr. Driscoll which
was approved unanimously.

Conference Room at the Nonvich Golf Course. 68.5 New London Turnpike, Norwich. CT.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Discuss, consider and possibly take action on an operating and capital budget
for the Calendar Year 2013.
2. Discuss, consider and possibly take action on establishing proposed fees, rates
and dues for the Calendar Year 2013.
3. Adjournment
