Members Present Michael Driscoll Richard Podurgiel Charles C. Whitty Barney Caulfield, Chairman, NGCA Others Present Mike Svab, Pro Manager Bruce Morse, Superintendent Sandra Kuchta, Accountant Call to Order Chairman Whitty called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. The Budget Subcommittee reviewed with the Pro Manager, Course Superintendent and Accountant the status of the 2018 budget, revenues and expenses. The next meeting of the Budget Subcommittee will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. in Authority Room at the Norwich Golf Course, 685 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 a.m. was made by Mr. Podurgiel, seconded by Mr. Caulfield, and approved unanimously. Charles C.
