The following convened for the regular meeting of the Norwich Golf Course
Authority scheduled to commence at 7:00 p.m. February 20, 2019:

Ray Lathrop, Member’s Club
• At 7:00 p.m. acting Chairman Strouse noted that there was not yet a quorum
present and the regular meeting could not be called to order. Mr. Mereen left at
7:25 p.m. At 7:40 p.m. Mr. Strouse noted that, in the continued absence of
quorum, the meeting would not commence. No date was proposed as a
continuance date or rescheduled date for the meeting.
