Members Present Michael Driscoll Richard Podurgiel Charles C. Whitty Barney Caulfield, Chairman, NGCA Others Present Mike Svab, Pro Manager Eric Kundahl, Course Superintendent Sandra Kuchta, Accountant (arrived at 9:20 a.m.) Call to Order Chairman Whitty called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The Budget Subcommittee reviewed with the Pro Manager, Course Superintendent and Accountant the status of the 2019 budget, revenues and expenses. The next meeting of the Budget Subcommittee will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Authority Room at the Norwich Golf Course, 685 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:43 a.m. was made by Mr. Podurgiel, seconded by Mr. Caulfield, and approved unanimously. Charles C.
