Members Present Michael Driscoll Richard Podurgiel Barney Caulfield, Chairman, NGCA Others Present Mike Svab, Pro Manager Eric Kundhal, Course Superintendent Sandra Kuchta, Accountant Call to Order Chairman Caulfield called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The Budget Subcommittee reviewed with the Pro Manager, Course Superintendent and Accountant the status of the 2019 budget, revenues and expenses. The next meeting of the Budget Subcommittee will be held at a date and time to be determined in Authority Room at the Norwich Golf Course, 685 New London Turnpike, Norwich, CT. Adjournment A motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 a.m. was made by Mr. Podurgiel, seconded by Mr. Caulfield, and approved unanimously.
