Greeneville NRZ Minutes September 1-4,20LL 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, Nancy Procko, Sofee Noblick, John Mercier, Sonya Skindzier, Don Wojciechowski , Kathy Strenkowski Minutes: July 13, 2011 minutes accepted and approved. Agenda: Bus Shelters: Sophie followed up with Public Works. Funding has been appioved for the shelters. Brush resulting from the hurricane should be picked up by Public Works by week ending September 23'd. Greeneville Community Structure: Bring ideas to the next meeting regarding Planning, Conservation, and Development of our community structure? For Example: Redevelopment Plans and reuse of buildings; Environmental cleanup; Streetscape lmprovement; Enhance the area along the Shetucket River; Fagade grants; Litter Control; Blight control; Building community pride. What types of business, industries, housing do we not want to see become part of the Greeneville district. What would make Greeneville a desirable place to live in.
