Old Business: Spirit of Greeneville Day: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sept.28,2013. Update provided by Don. Advertising: Ads on WICH SwapShop, Cable TV and The Bulletin. There is going to be a reporter from The Bulletin to cover some of the events. Donations: Many donations coming in from local businesses for door prizes. Gift Certificates and Gift Basket. Vendor Ads: Some flyers have been placed. Peter is working on additional flyers and posters. Wm. W. Backus Hospital Mobile Health Van: L2:00 p.m.to 3:00 p.m. Guitar Player: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. D I "C"i 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Kids Gaines: Chalk, Hoola Hoops. Community Room in Greeneville Firehouse: Bids have been received. Work should be done within 50 days.
