Attendees: Peter Procko, Don Wojciechowski, Sofee Noblick, John Mercier, Kathy
Strenkowski
Guests: Peter Obuchowski , owner of Xuare; a Research and Development
Machine Shop.
Sgt. Peter Camp and Officers Chastang and Callender
Minutes: Novembe r 6,2013 minutes accepted and approved.
New Business:
Peter introduced the owner of Xuare, Peter Obuchowski. This is a new business
that is moving into the Greeneville area on North Main St. The NRZ was happy to
welcome Peter into our neighborhood.
NRZ Strategic Plan: We will be reviewing the main goals of the plan and making
updates. This process to begin at the February meeting. Please review the
existing plan and bring any suggestions to the next meeting.
Old Business:
Community Room: Progress has been slow. The room will be tested for Hazmat
material before any construction can begin.
Meeting Adjourned at 6:50 p.m. Next Meeting: February 5,2014.
