Greeneville NRZ Minutes May 6, 2015 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, John Mercier, Sofee Noblick, Kathy Strenkowski, Zachary Stover, Peter Obuchowski Guest: Sheila Hayes Minutes: April 1, 2015 minutes accepted and approved. New Business: Sheila Hayes spoke about the Fire Hydrant painting contest in Greeneville. Kickoff will be September 5, 2015, with the awards presentation September 19,20L5. The fee to enter is 525.00 per hydrant. There will be judges and Cash Awards. Peter Obuchowskifrom Xuare LLC mentioned that he will be using part of the building he owns to rent as an incubation for other businesses. He will be renting to a Software Developer. This is good news, as we will now have another business located in Greeneville. Sofee Noblick informed us that the City of Norwich has hired a Real Estate agent to negotiate the sale of City owned properties. This should help to quickly move city owned property to individuals and or Businesses. Meeting adjourned 7:00 p.m. Next Meeting: June 3, 2015
