Greeneville NRZ Minutes October 7,2OL5 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, John Mercier, Kathy Strenkowski, Stan Kaplan, Adam Bowles, Jean Tardiff, Zechariah Stover, Hannah Stover, Shiela Hayes, Fred Grippo, Rev. Christopher Rogalski, Residents of the community Minutes: September 2,20L5 minutes accepted and approved New Business: Discussion about having a mural on the wall near the 8th street bridge railroad crossing. A proposal had been sent to Norwich Creates for funds to start this project. However, more specific details need to be furnished to this organization before we are considered for funding. We would like to see this as a project for the spring season in 2016. River Walkway: Zechariah had slides for us to see of an area along the raitroad tracks from North Main St to Howard T. Brown Park. This would make a nice walking trailto the railroad station and beyond to the harbor area. Meeting Dates lor 20t6z John has put together the meeting dates for next year. Old Business: Norwich City Council Candidates Forum : This will be held on October 27th atthe Greeneville Fire Station. There will be a meeting of the NRZ at the Greeneville Fire Station on October 21't to finalize the details.
