Greeneville NRZ Minutes January 4,2017 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Peter Procko, John Mercier, Sofee Noblick, Zehariah Stover, Kathy Strenkowski, Peter Obuchowski, Nancy Procko, Stan Kaplan, Rev. Christopher Rogalski, H.qnry Fidrych and Police Sgt. John Perry Minutes: The December 7,2016 minutes were accepted and approved. New Business: Data Base Spread Sheet: The By-Laws & Strategic Plan committee would like to create a data base which would list Residential & Commercial properties that are available for deveiopment. This would tie in v,rithlwhat the NRZ is trying to accomplish in the nelghborhood and the opportLlnities available. More to come on this at future NRZ meetings. Old Business: By Laws: Thc NRZ Strategic Plan will also be reviewed at the sarne tirne as the by-laws. Peter Obuchowski will also be on this committee along wlth Sofee Noblick and Nancy Procko. Paint Party: The paint party scheduled for December 17,2017 was cancelled due to inclement weather. The rescheduled date will be January 1-4th at the Greeneville Fire House. Spirit of Greeneville Day: Discussion has been tabled untilthe March 201.7 meeting concerning the date of this event. Activities at this event will be discussed further. Some suggestions would be a fun educational or sports trivia event for the children and their families to participate in. Polling Place: Peter will contact Senator Cathy Osten and city council members to see if they can attend the February NRZ meeting, to discuss the possibility of a polling place in Greeneville.
