Greeneville NRZ Minutes September 6, zotT 6:oo p.m. Attendees: Zechariah Stover, Peter Procko, John Mercier, Kathleen Strenkowski, Sofee Noblick, Henry Fidrych, Officer Mike Ituodel. Minutes: The June 7,2ol7minutes were accepted ana approved. New Business: Election of Officers : Officers were elected for the zotT-zo18 year . Zechariah Stover - President John Mercier - Vice President Kathleen Strenkowski - Secretary 1 Greeneville Road Race: Zech spoke with' Rev. Perry from the Greeneville Congregational Church regarding a road race for 2018. This would probably be held the same day as Spirit of Greeneville Day. October Walks: There will be two walks. October \7,2or7 at toam -Shetucket River Nature Walk October 16, zotT at ro am-Public Art Walk Business List: John will update the business list' He will also notifii the City of Norwich of the Schedule of meetings for zor8 for the NRZ. Old Business: Spirit of Greeneville Day: This was a great success. Thank you to Zechariah for his work on this event. Motion made to reimburse Zech $9o.oo in payment to Prokop Signs for updating the Spirit of Greeneville banners. Motion made to reimburse Zech $BS.oo for food purchased for the Spirit of Greeneville Day. Appreciation Dinner: Next meeting will be September 13, 2or7 atthe Greeneville Fire Station. The event will be November t2,2017. Dinner is 5:oo to 6:oo pm. Volunteers are needed. Daffodils: Senator Cathy Osten will be providing the NRZ with more daffodils. Location of daffodils to be determined. Meeting adjourned at 6:3o p.m..
