September 28, 2022 6:15 p.m. Attendees: Henry Fidrych, Kathleen Strenkowski, Peter Procko, Nancy Procko, Zechariah Stover Guests: Sofia Potter Correspondence: None Old Business: Historic District – No update Sidewalk repair – Some discussion was had on options to improve our sidewalks. No motions made. Walking loops – No update. Little Free Library – Sofia Potter is working on sprucing it up. Event at park – Positive reports on the community event at the playground on the 18th. Thank you to community members who brought people together. Dinner to honor volunteers – No update Trash cleanup – Planning for next spring. Probably in April. No motions made. New Business: A motion to add Sofia Potter as a regular member of the Greeneville Neighborhood Revitalization Zone Committee. Made by Henry Fidrych and seconded by Peter Procko. Motion passed. A concern of overgrowing weeds and brush along roads and sidewalks on Central Ave and Boswell Ave was brought by Nancy Procko. A letter from the committee will be sent to Norwich Public Works requesting some specific attention to those areas. A discussion was had about having a GNRZ open house weekly throughout the winter. This would take place at the Greeneville Fire Department community room. Signage on the building would be nice. No motions made. Our Christmas wreath event last year went well so another is being planned for this December. Other Issues: Meeting was adjurned at 7:18pm.
