HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION, NORWICH, CONNECTICUT Minutes of January 20, 2016 Meeting The regular meeting of the Historic District Commission was held on January 20, 2016 in Room 319, Norwich City Hall at 5:30 P.M. Members Present: Judith Hamblen, Chairman Pamela Muccilli Richard Guidebeck Damien Cregeau Nancy O’Neil Timothy Dowhan Members Absent: Scott Learned (excused) I. Public Hearing: No COAs II. Regular Meeting: The regular meeting convened at 5:41pm. A. Minutes: On motion made by Richard Guidebeck and seconded by Pamela Muccilli, the minutes of the meeting of November 18, 2015 were approved with corrections. B. Old Business: 1) Huntington Place Windows 2) Christie Giulluly resigned – Commission accepts resignation 3) Damien Cregeau will be asked to be an alternate C. New Business: A. New Business • Edit COA form – add multiple points of contact and address
