NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING HELD March 13, 2013 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Cheryl Ritacco, Mike Goldblatt, JoAnn Beghul, Patrice Jaskiewicz Absent: Mike Meakem Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:00 pm, a quorum was present. Cheryl Ritacco made a motion to go into Executive Session. Patrice Jaskiewicz seconded the motion; a vote took place and the motion passed unanimously. No votes were taken during executive session. Motion to come out of executive session was made by JoAnn Beghul and seconded by Cheryl Ritacco at 8:30pm. JoAnn Beghul made a motion to offer full pay and benefits until March 31, 2013 to Mia Sanca upon her resignation effective immediately. The board will also not contest filing for unemployment. Patrice Jaskiewicz seconded the motion. There were no additional questions or comments and the motion passed unanimously. With a motion by Cheryl Ritacco and seconded by Patrice Jaskiewicz the meeting was adjourned at 10:10PM. Respectfully submitted, Stephanie Davis
