NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING HELD June 4, 2013 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Mike Goldblatt, Cheryl Ritacco, Stephanie Davis Absent: Joann Beguhl Guest: Shannon FitzGerald, Gabe Stern, Ralph Winslow, Phil Sienna Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:01 pm, a quorum was present. Discussion on possible solutions for chiller: Brand new chiller from CIMCO Lewis, waiting for final pricing Re-tubing Chiller: Met with JFD coil, waiting on quote to re-tube in their factory Met with Industrial Steel & Boiler, waiting on a quote for re-tubing Atlantic Steel is coming on June 6th With a motion by Mike Goldblatt and seconded by Stephanie Davis the meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm Respectfully submitted, Shannon Fitzgerald
