NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM EMERGENCY MEETING HELD AUGUST 27, 2013 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Cheryl Ritacco, Stephanie Davis, JoAnn Beguhl, Gary Makowicki Absent: Mark Bettencourt, Mike Goldblatt Guest: Shannon FitzGerald, Jeff Brining Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:02 pm, a quorum was present. Jeff Brining gave an overview of the breakdown of the Trane rental chiller. A new rental chiller is scheduled to arrive at the rink around noon on August 28, 2013. Samples of the brine have been sent for analysis to make sure there were no other imbalances that could threaten the equipment. Results from testing are scheduled to return before the rental chiller arrives on August 28, 2013. Rink reopening date depends on the results of brine sample testing. With a motion by Cheryl Ritacco and seconded by Stephanie Davis the meeting was adjourned at 7:21pm Respectfully submitted, Shannon Fitzgerald
