NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING HELD March 5, 2014 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Cheryl Ritacco, Joann Beghul, Mike Goldblatt and Stephanie Davis Absent: Mark Bettencourt, Gary Makowicki Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:15 pm, a quorum was present. JoAnn Beghul made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel reviews. Mike Goldblatt seconded the motion. Authority came out of executive session at 8:40; no votes were taken. With a motion by Stephanie Davis and seconded by JoAnn Beghul the meeting was adjourned at 8:41pm. Respectfully submitted, Cheryl Ritacco !
