NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM SPECIAL MEETING HELD April 3, 2014 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Cheryl Ritacco, Gary Makowicki, Mike Goldblatt, and Mark Bettencourt Absent: JoAnn Beguhl, Stephanie Davis Guest: Doug Roberts, Shannon Fitzgerald, Tony Madeira, and Bill Block Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:00 pm, a quorum was present. No business that warranted executive session. Discussion took place on the Rink Managing RFP and revisions. No votes were taken. With a motion by Cheryl Ritacco and seconded by Mike Goldblatt, the meeting was adjourned at 8:39pm. Respectfully submitted, Shannon FitzGerald
