NORWICH ICE RINK AUTHORITY MINUTES FROM MEETING HELD September 18, 2014 Authority Attendance: Pete Desaulniers, Cheryl Ritacco, Mike Goldblatt, JoAnn Beguhl, Mark Bettencourt, Gary Makowicki, Angela Duhaime Guests: Shannon FitzGerald Meeting was called to order by Pete Desaulniers at 7:00 pm, a quorum was present. Review of Minutes from August 21, 2014: Cheryl Ritacco made a motion to approve the minutes from August 21, 2014 as submitted; JoAnn Beguhl seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. There were no public comments Correspondence: There was no correspondence New Business Welcome New Authority Member: Angela Duhaime was welcomed as a new Authority Member. Old Business Rink Authority Secretary Position: Angela Duhaime volunteered to be the Authority secretary. Pete let the Authority know that he has a meeting scheduled with City Officials to clarify the Authority’s role going forward. Pete also stated that they would discuss getting rid of the work-out equipment, until the equipment is removed from the rented container the Authority will continue to pay the rental fee for the container. With a motion by JoAnn Beguhl and seconded by Gary Makowicki, the meeting was adjourned at 7:36pm. Respectfully submitted, Shannon FitzGerald
