Robert McCoy, Alt Absent w/ Notification: Ralph Page Jeremiah Lowney Brandon Hyde, Alt. arrived at 7:05 after the meeting had adjourned. Also Present: Michael Schaefer, City Planner and Tianne Phoenix Curtis, Recording Secretary It was determined there was a quorum. D. Minutes: Upon motion by Doug Lee and second by Richard Morell, the Commission voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the July 2, 2009 regular meeting. E. Communications: NONE F. Public Hearings: NONE G. Old Business: NONE H. New Business: 1. IWWCC#09-02 – 135 Yantic Road – Application of Don Cormier for the construction of a 3500 sf building w/ 400sf loading dock and demolition of existing 780 sf building. Upon motion by Arthur Sharron and second by Richard Morell, the Commission voted unanimously to accept the item to the agenda and TABLE to the 10/01/2009 Regular meeting. I.
