JUNE 7, 2012 Regular Meeting Minutes CITY OF NORWICH INLAND WETLANDS, WATERCOURSES AND CONSERVATION COMMISSION Lower-level Conference Room, 23 Union Street, Norwich, Connecticut Agenda Items A, B & C – Call To Order, Roll Call, Determination Of Quorum: Vice Chairman Richard Morell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Richard Morell, Vice-Chairman Barbara Rothstein Ralph Page Douglas S. Lee Art Sharron Jeremiah Lowney Absent: Raymond Baribeault, Chairman Robert McCoy, Alt Brandon Hyde Also Present: Peter Davis, Director It was determined there was a quorum and all members present would be voting. D. Minutes: Upon motion by Ralph Page and second by Barbara Rothstein the Commission voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the May 3, 2012 regular meeting. E. Communications: NONE F. Public Hearings: NONE G. Old Business: IWWCC #12-05 – Dutch & Associates Land Surveyors for Huaru Wang, 147 Westledge Drive – activities associated with the construction of a single family house and access drive within a regulated area. Upon motion by Art Sharron and seconded by Ralph Page the Commission voted unanimously to DENY the application citing the Department of Public Works engineer review. Application determined to be incomplete. H. New Business: None I. New Business items submitted after agenda preparation and prior to the submission deadline: None J. Other Business: Commission determined that due to lack of agenda items and number of members that would be away for holiday, the July meeting should be cancelled. K. Violations: NONE K.
