November 5, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes CITY OF NORWICH INLAND WETLANDS, WATERCOURSES AND CONSERVATION COMMISSION Lower-level Conference Room, 23 Union Street, Norwich, Connecticut Agenda Items A, B & C – Call To Order, Roll Call, and Determination Of Quorum: Chairman Richard Morell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Richard Morell, Chairman Douglas S. Lee, Vice-Chairman Philip Kiley David Poore Brandon Hyde Art Sharron, Alternate Robert McCoy, Alternate Absent: Barbara Rothstein Ralph Page Also Present: Peter Davis, Director It was determined there was a quorum. D. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: Upon motion by Douglas Lee and second by Art Sharron the Commission voted unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the June 4, 2015 regular meeting. E. COMMUNICATIONS: None F. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None G. OLD BUSINESS: None H. NEW BUSINESS: 1. IWWCC #15-06 – 5 Consumers Avenue – Application for upland review from AC Linen Supply, LLC for the construction of an addition and parking area to an existing laundry facility. Peter Davis stated it would need to be tabled until the next regular meeting, due to the required 30 day public petition period. Upon motion by Art Sharron and seconded by Douglas Lee the Commission voted unanimously to TABLE the application until the next regular scheduled meeting of December 3, 2015, in order to comply with the required 30 day petition period.
