CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Rich Morell called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM*. B. ROLL CALL and SEATING of ALTERNATES: Present: Chairman Rich Morell Vice Chairman Douglas Lee & Peter Chalecki Absent: Brandon Hyde, Robert McCoy, Michael Lahan, Swarnjit Singh Bhatia Also Present: Deanna Rhodes, Director of Planning & Neighborhood Services C. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: 08/05/2021 Meeting: Doug Lee made a motion to approve minutes. Peter Chalecki seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. D. COMMUNICATIONS E. PUBLIC HEARINGS F. OLD BUSINESS G. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Receipt of Application: IWWCC #19-19M – 177 Otrobando Avenue – Modification of a Previously Approved Plan (IWWCC #19-19) to add an expanded building addition. Located within the 100 Foot Upland Review Area. Property and Application of JTMG Company LLC. Assessor’s Map 66, Block 1, Lots 8,9,10. Zone BP. Deanna Rhodes stated this request is a modification of a previously approved application relative to the veterinary clinic. Doug Lee made a motion to receive application.
