CITY OF NORWICH NOTICE OF CANCELLATION Dated November 1, 2023 The Hybrid Special Meeting / Public Hearing of the Inland Wetlands Watercourses & Conservation Commission scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 7:00 pm is CANCELLED due to lack of a quorum. The next Regular Meeting / Public Hearing is scheduled for Thursday December 7, 2023 at 7:00PM. The Public Hearing for IWWCC #22-05M has been rescheduled to that date.
