Status update on the legal opinion from the Corporation Counsel regarding the rehiring of City retirees into positions which require participation in the same Retirement Plan. B. Request for a prior service buyback from Sherry Filiatreault (Children First Network Coordinator) for the period of 10/16/2000 - 10/23/2008. C. Request for a prior service buyback from Lisa Diaz (Young Parents Program Sr. Care Manager) for the period of December 1996 – June 2007. IV. New Business A. Telephone conference call with Marc Shegoski of UBS regarding the pension fund allocations. B. Correction of survivorship pension calculation for Margaret Kerr. Corrected annual amount is $30,908.08. C. Application from Joseph Muscarella, Recreation Facilities Maintainer I, for a deferred general city retirement. Mr. Muscarella’s last day of employment was 8/5/2011 and his retirement is payable on 2/9/2023. D. Request from retiree Mary Krajewski to address the Personnel and Pension Board regarding her service connected disability pension. E. **Application from Paul Schroder, Battalion Chief, for a normal Fire retirement effective 9/9/11. F. **Pension calculation for Mark Sawaryn, who retired from Public Utilities effective 7/23/11, in the annual amount of $64,199.36. Mr. Sawaryn’s Application for Retirement was approved at the 7/19/11 meeting. V. Correspondence None. VI. Adjournment
