Request for a prior service buyback from Lisa Diaz (Young Parents Program Sr. Care Manager) for the period of December 1996 – June 2007. D. Corporation Counsel to address employees buying back prior service time. IV. New Business A. Application from Mary Avery, School Secretary, for a normal general city BOE retirement effective September 4, 2011. B. Application from Theresa Beauregard, Library Technical Assistant, for a normal general city BOE retirement effective September 20, 2011. C. Application from William Cox, Jr., Police Officer, for a normal police retirement effective October 2, 2011. D. Pension calculation for Joseph Muscarella, who left employment on 8/3/11. Mr. Muscarella’s pension is calculated for an annual amount of $6,043.74, payable on 2/9/2023. Mr. Muscarella’s application for retirement was approved at the 8/16/11 meeting. E. Pension calculation for Larry Cale, who retired from the Public Works Department on 9/7/11, in the annual amount of $18,677.59. Mr.Cale’s application for retirement was approved at the 7/19/11 meeting. F. Pension calculation for Paul Schroder, who retired from the Fire Department on 9/9/11, in the annual amount of $64,712.25.
