Request for a prior service buyback from Sherry Filiatreault (Children First Network Coordinator) for the period of 10/16/2000 - 10/23/2008 - tabled until Retirement Plan Administrator replaced. C. Request for a prior service buyback from Lisa Diaz (Young Parents Program Sr. Care Manager) for the period of December 1996 – June 2007- tabled until Retirement Plan Administrator replaced. D. Mark Dean prior service buy-back. IV. New Business A. Pension calculation for Richard Snurkowski, who retired 11/15/11. Mr. Snurkowski’s pension is calculated for an annual amount of $21,341.89. Mr. Snurkowski’s application for retirement was approved at the 12/20/11 meeting. B. Application from Thomas Trasko, IT Specialist - NPU, for a normal general city retirement effective 02/01/12. C. Application from Joseph Novak for a non-service connected disability pension. D. Corporation Council to talk about buy-backs and refunds. V. Correspondence Letter from Donald Williams regarding a COLA. Letter from Thomas Trasko regarding a military refund. VI. Adjournment
