Calculations and consulting relating to the administration of QDRO’s. ii. OPEB in the amount of $11,155: a. Preparation of the GASB 43/45 accounting report for the FY ending 6/30/2012 b. Completion of the 7/1/2011 Actuarial Valuation and calculation of the GASB 45 ARC for the fiscal years ending 6/30/2013 and 6/30/2014 D. Notification of death(s): i. Sophie LaBrie (DOD 11/26/2012), survivor of Felix LaBrie (DOD 3/27/2009) who retired from BOE on 12/19/1987, no further benefit due. ii. Jeannine Sylvestre (DOD 12/18/2012), survivor of Gerard Sylvestre (DOD 5/27/2007) who retired from NPU on 9/7/1988, no further benefit due. E. Pension calculation(s): i. Frank Feraco, Jr., who retired 12/3/2012, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $68,810.68. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 10/16/2012 meeting. F. Military refund calculation for Thomas Trasko in the amount of $5,080.63 G. Application(s) for a refund and/or rollover of pension contributions: i.
