Pension calculation(s): i. Michael McVicker, who retired 5/21/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $56,890.28. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 4/16/2013 meeting. ii. Alexander Zoladz, who retired 6/1/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $55,595.13. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 3/19/2013 meeting. C. Application(s) for retirement: i. Joan Baffaro, Para educator - BOE, for a normal retirement eff 7/1/2013. ii. Lisa Malerba, Customer Account Rep - NPU, for a non-service connected disability retirement eff upon approval. D. Notification of death(s): i. Charles Barry, Jr. (DOD 6/1/2013), who retired from NPU on 3/2/2013, survivorship benefit due Sharon Barry in the amount of $63,916.64. E. Request from John Bilda, General Manager of NPU, to extend the eligibility list for the position of Apprentice Sewage Treatment/Collection Operator for 1 year. The current list expires on 8/27/2013. F. Request from John Bilda, General Manager of NPU, to extend the eligibility list for the position of Apprentice Lineworker for 1 year. The current list expires on 8/27/2013. G.
