Request from John Cicarelli at the 11/19/2013 to table the application until further notice. Motion to send John for a follow-up IME along with a FCE made at the 1/9/2014 meeting. FCE scheduled for 2/24/2014, follow-up IME scheduled for 3/10/2014, re- scheduled to 4/7/2014. IV. Adjournment
